CCD Imageing Photometer

The central part of the LMK family is the luminance measuring camera type LMK 98. From the models LMK 98-3 of this measuring system on, the versions LMK 98-3 parallel (parallel interface) and LMK 98-3 firewire (FireWire, IEEE1394 interface) are available as well. They use sensors made by the Sony company, type ICX 285 AL, which represent a further development of the sensors type ICX 085 AL, with these sensors being incorporated also into the cameras up to version LMK 98-2.The camera type LMK 98 is an advanced digital CCD camera system including a very precise analogue electronic system for signal generation. Each camera has its own full filter specially calculated and manufactured for your CCD matrix, allowing a high-quality V(λ) adaptation for determining the luminances.

Feature

  • Complex evaluation of luminous and illuminated scenes by means of the photograph of an image-resolved luminance distribution
  • Simultaneous recording of a big number of connected measuring data easy data analysis (at a glance)
  • Luminance distributions in measuring images L(x,y)
  • Derived lighting-engineering parameters such as illuminance distribution E(x,y) and luminous intensity distribution I(x,y)
  • Statistical data for being used in calculation programs (z.B. EXCEL®, MatLAB®, LabVIEW®)

Application

  • Night design
  • Measurement of headlamps
  • Measurement of lamps and luminaires
  • Exterior lighting ex:roads and tunnels
  • Interior lighting
  • Display measuring
